This Privacy Policy describes how Paradigm Wave LLC, doing business as ParaWav AI ("ParaWav AI," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information about clients and visitors. Our principal place of business is 33562 Yucaipa Blvd STE 4, Yucaipa, CA 92399.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information: name, business name, email address, phone number.
• Billing information: billing address, invoice history, payment status. We do NOT collect, store, or process credit card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial details — these are handled directly by our payment processor (Affirm).
• Transaction metadata: invoice line items, amounts, dates, payment confirmations, and identifiers returned by Affirm after a successful loan application.
• Communications: emails, messages, and other correspondence between you and ParaWav AI.
• Usage data: if you visit our web properties, we may collect IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar technical data.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Issue invoices and process payments;
• Deliver the Services you have engaged us to provide;
• Communicate with you about projects, billing, and account matters;
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, including record retention required by the Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse;
• Improve our Services and operations.

4. Payment Processing via Affirm

When you elect to pay an invoice using Affirm, you are redirected to an Affirm-hosted experience to complete the loan application. Affirm collects and processes your financial information directly under Affirm's own privacy policy and lending disclosures. ParaWav AI receives only a transaction identifier and confirmation of payment status — we never see your full bank account number, full credit card number, Social Security number, date of birth, or income information.

5. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers: Affirm (payment processing), email and SMS providers, cloud hosting and database providers, and accounting professionals — each acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality.
• Legal compliance: when required to comply with law, court order, or government investigation.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

6. Data Retention

We retain invoice, payment, and tax records for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with IRS and state tax requirements. Other personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how we use it;
• Request access to or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal record-retention requirements;
